While you rest, our staff of registered polysomnographic technologists and licensed respiratory therapists operate the latest computer monitoring equipment, which records disturbances in your circadian rhythms as well as any abnormalities, such as trouble breathing. Care for sleep problems

Once we identify the source of your sleep problem, it can usually be treated. Your sleep specialist may recommend a plan that includes:

  • Positional therapy to help you rearrange your sleeping position to reduce the likelihood of certain sleep-disrupting symptoms or conditions
  • Starting a diet and exercise plan to reduce weight and alleviate symptoms associated with sleep disorders
  • Taking medications or supplements
  • Undergoing cognitive behavioral therapy to treat sleep disorders caused by stress, anxiety or depression
  • Using a continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) machine to help with sleep apnea
